Delivery and shipping policy

Papaki delivers nationally and ships worldwide from El Salvador.

Our rate for home delivery in El Salvador depends on the place of delivery, rates are between $3 and $6 or FREE for some areas.

For international deliveries we work with rates from $35.00 per order.

The delivery times of the orders are estimated, they will depend on the type of shipment chosen by the buyer and the location or zone of delivery. We have products for immediate delivery and shipping, for those with available inventory, but we also have products that may take some time to create for your order.

  • For North America, the delivery period may vary between 5 and 10 days. For large orders, it may take additional time to prepare the inventory.
  • For countries within the Central American and Caribbean region delivery times are estimated to be between 5 and 7 days.
  • For other regions, please contact us to know the time and cost of delivery, at the following address: papaki.elsalvador@gmail.com to obtain a shipping estimate, before ordering. This estimate will not include costs for local taxes and customs duties, which will be charged to the buyer by the customs authorities, depending on where the order arrives.

We take every precaution to pack your order according to the type of product, for example with bubble wrap placed in a resistant box if it is a fragile product.

Return Policy

In the event that the goods have arrived at their destination damaged, or a product different from the one requested has been shipped, the buyer must contact within 14 days after delivery to notify the following address: papaki.elsalvador@gmail.com.

If the requested is an exchange of merchandise, this may be effective if the returned product comes in the same condition as it was sent (not used and has the corresponding tags). This must be sent in its original packaging, or similar to be adequate for its return. The payment of the transport for the return of the article will be responsibility of the buyer.

In case the requested refund is for the return of the item, (because of a mistake made by Papaki):

The conditions in which the returned product is received will be reviewed, and based on this the refund will be approved, which will be made by the same method of payment that was used to make the purchase. If it is by credit or debit card, it will be done in the time frame defined by the issuing bank, which is generally between 7 and 10 days to be reflected in the account. If the buyer's account or card is not active, a check will be issued, that will be sent to the buyer's address registered in our file. This shipment may take 3 to 4 weeks.

If you request a refund for cancellation of the order, this will be possible, if the order has not yet been shipped.
